Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Standard Delivery We deliver across the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

UK Express Delivery Express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional charge. Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT/BST on a business day may qualify for next-day delivery.

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Check at checkout for current eligibility.

Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched and are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification card. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us, and re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
